Home visits with residents living in supportive housing are an important aspect of building community and relationships, providing supportive services, and keeping residents engaged. This session will look at best practices, project designs and models, and proactive policies and procedures. We’ll discuss challenging situations and the benefits of home visits from staff, management, and resident perspectives.

Audience: Supportive service providers and property managers who work in supportive housing. 

Certificate: All participants will receive a certificate that can be printed following completion of this course and submission of an evaluation.

Duration: 60 mins
